Account, orders and learning
We collect information needed to run your account and deliver your courses: your email address, optional display name, learning progress, and orders. If you buy physical gear, we also store the shipping address you provide at checkout. Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in. Payment details are handled by PayPal; we do not receive or store your card number.
Optional website analytics
If our own website analytics is enabled, we record visits only after you accept optional analytics: public page paths, the referring website origin and a hashed random browser identifier. The random identifier is stored in your browser; we do not store raw IP addresses, account details, URL queries or private page paths in these visit records. This data stays in our site database and is not sent to Google by our own collector. When Google Analytics 4 is separately enabled on this site, it loads only after you accept optional analytics. Google may process browser and device information, approximate location and visits to our public pages using analytics cookies. We do not intentionally send your account ID, email, payment details, or private order and lesson URLs. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our integration. Analytics is not required to shop or learn.
Your analytics choice
You can accept or reject optional analytics, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer when analytics is enabled. We store this preference in your browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage resets it. A rejection prevents optional local collection and the Google analytics script from loading. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes the local analytics browser identifier and accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies, but does not automatically erase information already sent to Google. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by not starting analytics.
How we use and share data
We use account data for access, order receipts and delivery, learning progress to resume lessons, and your subscription to send updates you requested. We use service providers for hosting, email, payments, and—only with your analytics consent—Google Analytics. These providers process data to provide their services and may process it in other countries. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing . We aim to process requests within 30 days, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Order records may be retained for accounting compliance. We retain local page-view records for operational analysis until they are deleted under our retention procedures. Historical records from our previous collector remain separate from the new consent-based collector. Withdrawing consent stops new collection but does not automatically remove already stored records. Google Analytics retention is governed by our analytics property settings and Google's policies. Contact us for questions or requests relating to previously collected data.
